See Photos from Monroe Aioli Dinner

The Aioli Dinner Supper Club would like to thank our Monroe, Louisiana, friends for making the March 16th Aioli Dinner such a memorable night supporting our Louisiana A+ Schools program.

We would like to especially thank our hosts for the evening, Randy and Cherry Morris, for opening their beautiful home a second time to the Aioli Dinner Supper Club.

Click here to view a photo album from the event.

Aioli Dinner guests enjoyed a four-course, wine-paired menu by Chef Eric Johnson. The meals served at Aioli Dinner Supper Club events are inspired by the rustic cuisine of the historic Creole Gourmet Societies of Southern Louisiana.

With the expansion of the Louisiana A+ Schools program to 18 schools, the Aioli Dinner Supper Club is playing a crucial role in the number of teachers and students impacted by arts integration in the classroom.

Celebrating the Read Across America Program with Blue Dog

Celebrating "Read Across America"

Throughout his career, artist George Rodrigue was the subject of many books that explored his artwork. But perhaps the most beloved of the publications featuring Rodrigue's art are his two children's books: "Why Is Blue Dog Blue?" and "Are You Blue Dog's Friend?"

Today, Executive Director Jacques Rodrigue shared these two cherished books with students at Bissonet Plaza Elementary in Metairie, Louisiana, in honor of Read Across America.

About Read Across America
The National Education Association is building a nation of readers through its signature program, NEA's Read Across America. Now in its 20th year, this year-round program focuses on motivating children and teens to read through events, partnership, and reading resources.
